RUD’S EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR NAMED AS A "WOMAN TO WATCH" BY MICHIGAN WOMEN FORWARD

RUD’s Executive Director, Rosemary O’Connor, was recently named as a ‘Woman to Watch’ by Michigan Women Forward. She joins a list of extremely talented professionals who have dedicated their careers to empowering and shaping the community. On April 30th, RUD board members, staff, and family joined Rosemary for the WomanUp & Celebrate event that honored the awardees, fostered meaningful connections, and celebrated the impact of visionary leaders across Southeast Michigan.

When asked about the recognition she shared, "I’m very honored to be recognized by Michigan Women Forward as a Woman to Watch. It’s inspiring to be acknowledged by an organization so deeply committed to championing women leaders and investing in what’s next across Michigan. I’ve spent more than a decade doing work I care deeply about, alongside the incredible community at Racquet Up Detroit. I feel grateful every day to help create opportunities for our young people to thrive."
